Pricing Guide
Short stays (minimum 3 nights) are available throughout the year with the exception of peak school holiday weeks when it is a minimum 7 night stay.
Prices vary depending on the time of the year and range from £2,200 to £5,000 for a 3 night stay. Week-long stays are available throughout the year, ranging from £2,900 to £6,700.
The prices above are for the six bedroom option (sleeping up to 13). Bryn Benar can also be rented as a four bedroom house (sleeping up to 9 people) during non-peak periods and the prices are typically 75% of the prices above.
How to book
To reserve your holiday, we request 25% of the full rental price plus a £25 admin fee. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the rental fee must be paid in full, in addition to a £500 refundable Accidental Damage Deposit, at least 9 weeks before your arrival date.
