Abersoch is a popular seaside village on the Llŷn Peninsula with plenty to keep the whole family busy. There are several beautiful sandy beaches around Abersoch and watersports are readily available including paddleboarding and sailing.
The village has a wide variety of wonderful restaurants and cafes whether you are just looking for a slice of homemade cake or a local seafood platter, as well as a couple of pubs.
There are beautiful walks in and around Abersoch, with the Wales Coast Path moments from the house. There is an 18 hole golf course in Abersoch and E-bikes are available to hire and a great way to explore the surrounding countryside.
Beyond the village itself, there is plenty to enjoy nearby from the surfing beach at Porth Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth) to the castle at Criccieth, the wonderful village of Portmeirion and Snowdonia.
